Colombian Community Of Victoria Inc.   ABN 39 036 872 037

The Colombian Community of Victoria was established in 2006 as a Not for Profit organisation. During this time, we have raised money to help the underprivileged children of Colombia. Colombians are people who are joyful, happy and hard working and this is evident in our organisation. Our committee is made up of a diverse, young and vibrant group of people who know first hand what the situation in our country is like. No matter how difficult life can be in Colombia you will always find a helping hand. This is what entices us as an organisation to help the less fortunate children who are often subjected to a life that no child should ever be. We are establishing ourselves in the greater community here in Victoria. We have many events planned for this coming year and we aim to have 200 new members joining. Last year we helped with what little money we raised, a foundation in a small town in Cundinamarca called Soacha. This is a very poor town and the children are often from families who have been displaced. We were able to visit with them and bring them a little joy in their troubled lives. We aim to help them even further this year.

If you would like more information about us, including our vision statement, please visit us on www.ccov.com.au and can also see photos of the foundation Semilla y Fruto – Sembramos Futuro.
